After a long day of snow and cold, I realized that true , healthy exercise is sometime difficult to keep on schedule or to be motivated to do. Are you able to keep a healthy regime through out the cold season? What do you do? Can you share your thoughts?

I know it is early in the winter season, but I want to go back to the beach . I saw kinkyfem73s post [post 3305738] and realized that swimsuit time will need work this year. I have been less than diligent exercising. If you enjoy the beach, do you have a favorite swim suit, or do you have a preference for male or female style? It is snowy and wind chills of about zero here today, so hopefully this will warm things up a little.
This is not going to happen for me no matter how much I exercise
Going to need some work here, but it is what I have to work with
Maybe something to avoid tan lines?
Here is a fancy one for a lady, I think is sexy, if not practical
Are heels practical for swim wear?
Do you remember the Cooper Tone girl?

Had a little difficulty getting something for the theme, so went with this.. "Old Man" 2013, a bit scruffy and haggard, moving along to make way for a smooth and fresh Mr. 2014. (Actually the pics are reversed , the second is before I started my annual winter beard)
